ZTE Nubia Z11 mini With 16-Megapixel Camera, Fingerprint Sensor Launched
ZTE in China on Tuesday unveiled its latest Nubia-series smartphone, theNubia Z11 mini. Priced at CNY 1,499 (approximately Rs. 15,000), the handset is now available to pre-order via the company's online store and will go on sale starting April 25.
The Chinese telecommunications giant touts the Nubia Z11 mini's "mobile phone professional photography system", which it calls NeoVision 5.8. It sports a 16-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, 6P lens, autofocus, and LED flash. There is an 8-megapixel front camera also on board.

The ZTE Nubia Z11 mini sports a fingerprint scanner at the back can be used for more functions other than just unlocking the device. According to ZTE, the fingerprint sensor on the smartphone can be used as a camera shutter button or for taking screenshots.

Another highlight of the Nubia Z11 mini is it features 4G LTE as well as voice over LTE (VoLTE) connectivity, which means it will allow voice calls via mobile data on supporting networks. According to the company, the smartphone supports the two LTE bands in India - FDD 1800MHz (Band 3) and TDD 2300MHz (Band 40).
The ZTE Nubia Z11 mini features a 5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) IPS display. The dual-SIM smartphone features a hybrid dual-SIM slot, where the second SIM card slot also doubles up as the microSD card slot. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 (MSM8952) processor paired with 3GB of RAM. There is 64GB of inbuilt storage that's expandable via microSD card (up to 200GB). The handset is backed by a 2800mAh non-removable battery.

Apart from 4G, the Nubia Z11 mini supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB v2.0 (with USB OTG), GPS/ A-GPS, and Glonass connectivity.
